Shipping Policy

All orders take on average 2-5 business days to be produced and prepared for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email of your order being received and is being prepared for production.

You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped containing the USPS tracking ID which provides an estimated delivery date and transit updates. USPS does offer text and email notification and requires a separate login directly through USPS.

Shipping Transit Time 

Estimated shipping is calculated by USPS based on your area or purchase region and may vary depending on your location. Typically products once shipped take less than 5 days but could potentially take up to 10 days. Please refer to your tracking ID number for updates and estimated delivery date.

Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Products may experience a delay due to local regulations regarding the Coronavirus. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 in the US and free shipping on orders over $35. 

International Shipping

At this time, we are currently only shipping inside the US. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can you use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it and reply within 24 hours. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We do not accept returns but will fully indemnify for items that arrived damaged in any way. Please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
