Our orders are produced at the time of purchase and as such we are unable to issue refunds that have been sent to products or been completed.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please let us know and we will work on resolving the issue as soon as possible. Any replacement items we be for the same product / same size. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
If your order is returned to us due to delivery issues, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
