For this months meditation we will be utilizing the earthy energy of Taurus and using this opportunity to go deeper with our dirt. The room opens at 8 EST and meditation will start at 8:15 EST. Please bring a journal and your favorite crystal, rock, leaf, twig, aka a “You do you boo” earth accessory. Meditation will last 20-30 min and we will keep the room open after for anyone wanting to discuss.
