Why 5 Goddesses?
There are many goddesses and deities that one could call upon in life so why choose to study just 5? The tale goes back to when a high priestess of Taren's, Elizabeth, went to Summerset in England. There, she learned about 5 goddess that can work together, Diana, Aradia, Cerridwyn, Inanna, and Hecate. The knowledge brought back instructed that for the practitioner to create a bond with each goddess so that, in turn, they may come work magick together for the practitioner. To help in establishing these bonds and delve deeper into this practice the 5 goddess chat was established. Together we research, discuss, and learn together how to better establish connections to these 5 goddesses and divinity within ourselves.

5 Goddess Chat meets the first Sunday of every month at 8PM EST.

Taren S. has also written a book to help with our path to connection.

Five Goddesses for Crossroads Witches and Other Interesting Magickal Beings explores the power, wisdom, and magick of five legendary Goddesses — Aradia, Cerridwyn, Diana, Hecate, and Inanna — who have guided Witches and seekers through the ages. Each chapter delves into their myths, historical significance, and modern spiritual practices, offering insights on how to work with these divine figures in contemporary magick.

Blending historical context, folklore, and folk witch insights, Five Goddesses serves as both a guidebook and an invitation — one that encourages readers to explore these deities not as distant myths, but as a living presence in their magick and daily lives.
