Have you ever found yourself struggling to keep up with the New Year's resolutions you make each year? If so, this Resolution Spell Jar may be just what you need! This simple spell can help focus your energy and intentions on achieving your goals for the year ahead. All it requires is a few supplies, some time alone or with friends, and an open mind. With this magical tool in hand, nothing will stand between you and a successful 2023! So grab your supplies and let’s get started creating our very own Resolution Spell Jar!
Supplies:
- Mason jar with a lid
- Small piece of parchment paper
- Pen or marker
- Glitter (optional)
- Dried herbs such as rosemary, basil, thyme, sage, etc.
- Essential oils (optional)
- White candle
Instructions:
1. Begin by writing down your resolutions on the piece of parchment paper, one resolution per line. Take your time and really think about what you want to achieve in the coming year.
2. Once you’ve finished writing out your resolutions, fold up the parchment paper and place it inside the Mason jar. Add in any dried herbs or essential oils that correspond with your goals.
3. Place the lid back on your Mason jar and sprinkle some glitter (optional) over the top for extra magical energy.
4. Hold your jar in both hands and take a few moments to reflect on your resolutions, visualizing what success will look like for each one.
5. Finally, light the white candle and place it in front of your Resolution Spell Jar. Close your eyes and repeat the following incantation:
"My will is strong, my focus clear;
This spell shall make it all appear.
My resolutions I will keep,
This magical jar shall help me succeed."
