Here are two spells using Autumn leaves:

Use this spell when you need to release negativity from your life and purify your space.

-1 handful of dried Autumn leaves (pine would be great)
-1 black candle
-black salt
-fireproof bowl or cauldron
-a match
Instructions:
1. Using your salt, create a small circle big enough to hold the candle and fireproof bowl.
2. Grab your candle and write your intention into it. If its a pillar glass candle you can write on the top it. Feel free to dress your candle with a protection oil.
3. When you are ready light your candle and say:
"As this candle burns, so shall my (problem/negative energy/etc.)
be banished from my life."
4. Next take the leaves one by one and say:
"I release you from (problem/negative energy/etc.),
may you be purified and cleansed."
and drop it in the cauldron or bowl.
5. Once all the leaves are in the cauldron light them on fire and say:
"As these leaves burn, so shall my (problem/negative energy/etc.)
be banished from my life."
6. Allow the candle and leaves to continue burning until they are completely gone. Once your leaves are ashes , you can sweep them outside or into running water to be carried away. Thank the elements for their assistance and snuff out your candle.
Autumn Leaf Spell for Transformation
Use this spell for transformation when you're ready to let go of the past and start fresh.
What you'll need:
- variety of autumn leaves in various shapes and colors (3)
-a pen
-a bowl or cauldron
-a match
-bowl of water
-shovel
Instructions:
1. Gather 3 autumn leaves that are of various colors and shapes. One should represent that past that you wish to let go of, one should represent the present, and one should represent the future.
2. Write your intention on each leaf. On the first leaf, write what it is that you wish to let go of. On the second leaf, write what your intention is for the present moment. On the third leaf, write what you hope to manifest in the future.
3. Burn the first leaf in your bowl or cauldron, allowing the smoke to carry your intention of letting go up to the Universe.
4. Hold the second leaf in your hand and focus on your intention for the present moment. Bury it in the earth, allowing the roots of mother nature to ground your intention.
5. Place the third leaf in your bowl or cauldron. Fill it with water, representing the element of emotion and transformation. Allow the leaf to float on top of the water until it eventually sinks, signifying that your manifestation is on its way.
6. Keep your third leaf in the bowl and in direct sunlight until it completely dries out. Once it's dry, crumble it up and sprinkle it over your head as a symbolic way of bringing your manifestation into reality.
This spell can be performed during any phase of the moon. However, for best results, it's recommended that you perform it during the waning moon. This is because the waning moon is a time of releasing. So, performing this spell during that time will help to amplify your intention.
Autumn leaves can be a great addition to your spellwork, providing both banishing and transformation spells. When working with them, be sure to trust your intuition in order to choose the perfect leaves for your needs!
